Greyholme Manor features two acres of formal gardens surrounding the house, whilst the Greyholme Estate extends to over 1,800 acres. To the front of the property is a long sweeping driveway with a vast lawn to the front of the house ideal for larger parties, weddings and marquee events. A beautiful walled garden lies to the side of Greyholme Manor, with direct access from the Cedar Room. This contains a large flat croquet lawn and is surrounded by beautiful flower borders, shrubs and mature trees, with various paved areas for relaxing and dining al fresco. There is a Mediterranean garden to the rear of the house, with a variety of flora and herbs, and a Summerhouse next to the walled garden which is licensed for outdoor wedding ceremonies.
A pathway leads to Kimmeridge Bay and direct beach access, along a beautiful tree-lined avenue with sculptures along the way.
NB: Please be aware that whilst the house and gardens are private, the driveway forks off to lead to a separate site, away from Greyholme Manor and not overlooking the house or grounds in any way.
