A price guide for 2021/22 is as follows:
One night midweek:
£5,800 – £7,900
Two night weekends:
19 bedrooms – from £11,000 – £16,300
40 bedrooms – from £17,520 – £22,820
There are price options for 19 bedrooms, 27 bedrooms, 32 bedrooms, 35 bedrooms or 40 bedrooms.
A third night is an additional £5,250 (£6,250 on bank holidays).
Bedrooms and sleeping capacities:
- 19 bedrooms sleeps – Up to 44 + 6 under 2yr olds.
- 27 bedrooms sleeps – Up to 66 + 6 under 2yr olds
- 32 bedrooms sleeps – Up to 76 + 6 under 2yr olds in main house
- 35 bedrooms sleeps – Up to 82 + 6 under 2yr olds in main house.
- 40 bedrooms sleeps – Up to 92 + 6 under 2yr olds in main house.
Christmas and New Year:
Often clients prefer longer stays over New Year and/or Christmas. Please contact us for prices over these periods.
Special rates are available for longer rentals. Please contact us to discuss your needs.

Restrictions
- No smoking inside (designated areas outside)
- Minimum two night stay at weekends
- All rentals commence at 4pm on the day of arrival and terminate at 11am on the day of departure, unless otherwise agreed prior to arrival.
- Up to 2 pets by prior agreement only.
- No hen or stag parties
- Security deposit payable – sum to be specified upon booking
