Prices are based on the exclusive use of The Stables and Granary for up to 20 guests in 8 bedrooms and 8 bathrooms, with dining space for up to 22 guests together.

Restrictions
- No smoking
- Hot tubs are closed from 10.30pm – 10.30am, max 7 people at once
- External noise must be kept to a minimum after 10pm
- Hen or stag groups by prior agreement only
- Up to 4 additional beds are available priced at £50 per person if required
- Pets by prior agreement only, subject to £50 charge per pet
- Dogs must be kept under control at all times due to proximity of livestock
- No fireworks or Chinese lanterns permitted
- Check in from 4pm, checkout by 10am
- Refundable damage deposit of £1,500 due one week prior to arrival
