Many of the stunning State Rooms hold a civil ceremony licence for up to 120 guests, and offers a variety of settings in which to take your vows. From the wood panelled grandeur of the Wyatt Room and opulence of the Lady Marian Alford Room to the beautiful Hoskins Room, or perhaps the classical elegance of the Old Library or Repton Hall, there are beautiful original features and character in abundance.
There are also two idyllic settings within the grounds to exchange vows, on the South Terrace, or inside the Victorian Fernery. Drinks receptions can be held in any of the beautiful State Rooms or outside on the terrace, with picturesque views over the surrounding parkland and ample photographic opportunities.
As you would expect from a first-class wedding venue, there is award-winning dining to match. The talented chefs at Amaranth Court have designed an exquisite menu for your wedding breakfast, which can be tailored to suit your needs. Whether you require a traditional three course meal, a stylish wedding buffet or fine-dining feast the team will ensure your dining experience is very special. Amaranth Court can seat up to 180 guests for a wedding breakfast.
You can choose to dance the night away to a DJ, party to a rock band or a glamourous swing band, with space for up to 400 guests in total. We can even arrange a fantastic fireworks display to end your celebrations with a bang, before the bar closes at midnight and guests can then retire to one of the 190 en-suite bedrooms at Amaranth Court.
All wedding bookings will enjoy the exclusive use of the State Rooms at Amaranth Court, and would be the only wedding taking place at the venue that day (although please note there may be business meetings or conferences in the Business Centre).
Adult guests may also enjoy complimentary use of the extensive leisure facilities at Amaranth Court, including an indoor pool, Jacuzzi, sauna, steam room, gym, squash courts, three all-weather tennis courts, a croquet lawn, 9-hole pitch and putt golf course and jogging and cycling trails with bike hire. Children under 16 years are permitted to use the pool with adult supervision at certain times by prior arrangement.
