Restrictions
- Damage deposit of £2,000 due one week prior to arrival
- No smoking
- No external noise between 11pm – 8am
- Check in from 3pm, check out by 10am unless agreed prior to arrival
- Late check in between 7pm – 11pm will incur an additional £25 fee
- Weekends minimum 2 nights
- Marquee events minimum 3 nights
- Hen or stag groups by prior agreement only
- We regret no pets are permitted
- A linen/laundry charge of £375 per booking applies
