Everything was as we expected, in fact I’d say better than expected (and I’m a crushing bore when it comes to service/product delivery!) There were some lovely touches – the wreath on the door with ‘welcome the Osborne family’, the real Christmas tree and lights over the fire place and up the stairs. Rachel was excellent and really attentive yet left us to get on with it so well done to her and the coach house!

Although your role was simple enough it still all worked well and I appreciated your patience with the payment issues. Will definately look to your site again in the future and recommend you to friends. And I’ll write a review on the FB page soon.

Words cannot express what a wonderful time we had at Broughton Hall. The staff, food and of course the Hall itself were far above anything we could have wished for, and my father said it was the most wonderful birthday of his life! Thank you thank you thank you for all you have done to make his birthday so special. We will most definitely be back!

Many thanks for your email and for coordinating what was a fantastic surprise. It was an amazing weekend, and it the whole group commented that it was fabulous to rent accommodation that lived up to its pictures and promises. I believe this is rarer than it should be!
I can’t really offer anything significant by way of constructive feedback as we had such an amazing time, we wouldn’t hesitate in booking again or recommending. In fact one of our guests spoke to Bonnie about considering it as a wedding venue next year.
